Origin: Hamadan Province, Iran. Hamadan City is the market town for hundreds of weaving villages of the province

Age: 1970s, 45-55 years old.

Design: Three large medallions with many geometric motifs.

Colors: Red, salmon, pink, maroon, purple, indigo, green, brown, ivory, black.

Foundation: Cotton warp and single cotton weft.

Pile: Thick wool pile.

Size: 4 feet 4 inches by 9 feet.

Knotting: Symmetrical

Condition: Very good condition with few areas of wear, some faded colors.
